Give each page a job
Write down the purpose of each page and the next step visitors should take. If two pages do the same job, consider whether they should be combined.
Gather the source material
Collect approved service descriptions, contact information, images and brand assets. Mark anything that still needs to be written or licensed.
Think in useful sections
A page might need an introduction, benefits, process, supporting examples and a contact link. Choose the sections that answer real visitor questions.
Plan the regular updates
Identify the content that changes often and make those editing tasks part of the development brief.
Review it on a small screen
Long paragraphs and unclear headings become more noticeable on a phone. Keep the key information easy to scan and the next action easy to find.
